Hi, I’m Aaron D’Souza—a financial adviser with a heart for helping Kiwi families and small businesses protect what matters most.

I’ve spent the last 17 years working across financial advice, KiwiSaver, managed funds, and insurance. My focus? Ensuring everyday New Zealanders have the right support to build, grow, and safeguard their financial future.

There’s no cookie-cutter approach here. I get to know you first—your needs, your goals—and then walk beside you every step of the way. From our first chat to setting up policies, making investments, and even supporting you through claims, I’ve got your back. It’s about real relationships, not just transactions.

Before entering the financial world, I was a professional jazz, hip hop and contemporary dancer back in India, teaching kids and performing on stage. Life then took me to Hong Kong where I spent 12 years in the skies as a Chief Purser for a global airline, learning how to stay calm, organised and people-focused—skills I still use every day.

In 2007, I landed in Auckland with my wife, Shaheen. We’ve now been married for 27 years and are proud parents to our two boys, Liam and Ethan. LESA Financial Solutions is built from our family values—its name is even a blend of our names.

I hold a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) and have continued to upskill over the years, now holding a Level 5 Certificate in Financial Services.
